My reply to the test question: My current organisation has been a great enabler in building technical and soft skills in this domain and I have experienced a lot of growth. I now feel I am ready to be able to become a multiplier and enable teams to deliver similar results - and hence I am looking for an opportunity to take on larger responsibilities to deliver.
